OmCore Yoga
Everyone has their own personal power deep within, this dynamic hour will lead you to yours. Relying on a playlist that assists you in diving into each pose. This class combines traditional yoga with elements of pilates and Buti yoga bringing focus to your core. Sweat and get your heart rate up before being brought to a meditative conclusion in each session.Wednesdays beginning September 4, 2019Time: 6:45 – 7:45 pm.Investment: $10 per class or save $5 by purchasing a 5-class pass.Level: IntermediateA note from the Mind Body Align:We invite you to practice mindfulness and courtesy to the instructor and other students. As a gesture of kindness and respect, please plan to arrive 10 -15 minutes early for all MBA classes to settle into your space. Classes begin on-time and the doors are locked when class begins. Although we understand that circumstances sometimes arise, refunds will not be issued for late arrivals.First-time attendees will need a few extra minutes to register. We encourage you to pre-register and pay for the class by using the MindBody app or the ticketing link.Our gathering room is a shoe-free zone. You may want to bring socks however you are welcome to be barefoot. We also provide covers if you prefer to wear your shoes. We advise wearing comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Please avoid fragrances that would distract you or others from your inward journey.Cancellation: In the event of an emergency, weather or otherwise, we will post on Facebook and cancel via the ticketing software. You should receive an email to advise you of the cancellation. If the weather is questionable, please check your email and/or Facebook for any cancellations or changes to the schedule.
