Clarence "Bud" Essick

Clarence “Bud” Essick passed away Saturday, May 27, 2023 in Avita Hospital in Ontario, OH.

He was born September 17, 1939, in Mansfield, OH.  He was the son of the late Clarence Essick and Marie Kiley.  Bud enjoyed being with his family, playing softball and watching his beloved Cleveland INDIANS, Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes.

He is survived by his beloved wife for 65 years, Judy Essick; sister, Delores Switzer, children, Melinda (Jerry) Holston, Buddy (Amy) Essick, Michele (Shad) Helphinstine and Craig Essick; 12 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren including a newborn expected in August; brother/sister In-law, Dick (Margo) Rowen; sister/brother-in-law, Sandy (Roger) Powers; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Bev Garrison, Pat Palm; and brother-in-law Mel Switzer
