Police arrest in handcuffs

MANSFIELD — A man wanted in a kidnapping case tops the group of four men sought in this week’s Most Wanted, according to a list compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, Richland County Division.

Jeremy Lewis, 42, is 5-foot-9, 215 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. Authorities say he is wanted for kidnapping and felonious assault. He has ties to the Bucyrus and Mansfield areas.

Jovaun Morgan, 26, is 6-foot, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for a probation violation on a carrying a concealed weapon charge. Ties to the Mansfield and Columbus areas, according to officials.

James Ray, 40, is 5-foot-4, 135 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He is wanted for a probation violation on a possession of heroin charge. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield area.

Christopher Ball, 29, is 5-foot-11, 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for a probation violation on a burglary and minor in nudity material charges. He has ties to the Mansfield and Lexington areas, according to officials.
