BUCYRUS — Two first-degree felony rape cases stand out among a smattering of lower-degree drug cases arraigned by a Crawford County Grand Jury in January.

Prosecutor Matthew Crall released 27 cases with 61 charges as part of January’s arraignments. Five cases remain unserved and sealed with five charges.

Kyle R. Bowen was arraigned on two counts of rape as a first-degree felony with a lifetime without parole specification, one additional count of rape as a first-degree felony, three counts of gross sexual imposition as third-degree felonies, and one count of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles as a fifth-degree felony. 

Bowen’s bond is set at $1 million. 

Adam W. Gunter was arraigned on one count of rape as a first-degree felony. Gunter also has a bond set at $1 million. 

Kristen N. Johnston rounds out the more serious felony counts with one first-degree count of aggravated burglary, one first-degree count of domestic violence, and two first-degree counts of assault. Her bond is set at $250,000.

Jonathan P. Moyer has a personal recognizance bond for aggravated vehicular homicide, a third-degree felony, in addition to a fourth-degree misdemeanor count for completion of boater course and one count of operation without a personal flotation device.  

In addition, the following people were arraigned during the January session of the Crawford County Grand Jury:

• David A. Easterday, possession of drugs.

• Joseph C. Will, possession of drugs.

• Deshawnte R. Alexander, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs, fourth-degree misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.

• Tabitha A. Tesso, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs, second-degree misdemeanor possessing drug abuse instruments, fourth-degree misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.

• Jerry W. Cameron, fifth-degree felony theft.

• Gregory A. Oehrli, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs.

• Sherry A. Stone, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs, fourth-degree misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.

• Timothy B. Hatfield, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs.

• Joshua L. Kohls, third-degree felony tampering with evidence, fifth-degree felony obstructing justice, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs, second-degree misdemeanor possessing drug abuse instruments.

• Lisa Gardner, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs.

• Devin M. Lutz, third-degree felony theft, fourth-degree misdemeanor drug paraphernalia, first-degree misdemeanor intimidation of a witness, misdemeanor possession of drugs.

• Angela L. Carroll, two counts fourth-degree felony trafficking in drugs.

• Robert T. Gallant, fourth-degree felony domestic violence, two counts fifth-degree felony aggravated menacing.

• Stacey R. Hoffman, fourth-degree felony theft of drugs.

• Harold L. Staiger, Jr., two counts felony trafficking in drugs, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs, second-degree misdemeanor possessing drug abuse instruments, fourth-degree misdemeanor drug paraphernalia. 

• Billy J. Riddle II, third-degree felony illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto grounds of detention facility or institution.

• Chad Fromm, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs.

• James R. Montgomery, two counts fifth-degree felony GPD possession of drugs, first-degree misdemeanor endangering children, misdemeanor drug paraphernalia, second-degree misdemeanor possessing drug abuse instruments, fifth-degree felony BPD possession of drugs.

• Amanda E. Ogle, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs.

• Brittany Wilcox, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs, third-degree felony tampering with evidence.

• Paxton J. Blair, third-degree felony failure to comply.

• Dahryl J. Keller, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs. 

• Jesse W. Sanger, third-degree felony failure to comply.
