The Marion Harding Lady Presidents came to Clever Lane in Lexington to take on Lady Lex in a Saturday night matchup. Lexington picked up a win just before Christmas break, winning 

Lady Lex’s Kelly Rhodes posted 15 points and 11 rebounds for yet another double-double. Whitney Wendling added 12 points and Emily Stevens put up 9 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists.

Fallyn Davis led Marion Harding with 14 points and 5 rebounds; Olivia Davis added 12 points.

Lexington controlled the boards, pulling down 33 to the Lady President’s 23. Lexington also converted more second chance points, winning that matchup by a margin of 11-5.

Marion Harding won the junior varsity matchup, 37-21.

Lady Lex will return home for a Dec. 28 match against Clear Fork. The junior varsity game tips off at 1 p.m.; varsity follows at 2:30 p.m.
