NAMI Peer Support Group

NAMI Connections, a peer-led support group, is held at the Oasis Peer Center every first Thursday of the month from 6-7pm.It is a safe place where individuals with a mental health diagnosis can be surrounded by people who understand what they are going through. The group is confidential, and no judgement is passed as people share their experience and mental health journey.
