Sacred Sound Relaxation Bath
The use of sound vibration has been a powerful tool for centuries. Ancient cultures understood the therapeutic nature of it and the role it has played in history is significant around the globe. During this Sacred Sound Relaxation Bath, a variety of meditative methods including minimal breath work, basic energetic exercises, grounding techniques, and other restorative practices may be incorporated with the primary focus being on the Sound Bath. Participants can choose to lie down in a savasana pose or relax in a seated position while the Certified Sound Vibrational Therapist plays a collection of singing bowls and an assortment of other instruments. Harness the vibrations of the bowls to release anxiety and promote balance within the body. This Sacred Sound Relaxation Bath will be guided by Bohemian Babe – Christina Grozik.This is an investment in self-care & a fantastic way to find relaxation.
Due to the popularity of the Sound Bath events, we highly recommend reserving/purchasing your space in order to secure your spot. Registration closes 48 hours prior to the experience.
Drop-ins will be accepted based on available space. We invite you to practice mindfulness and courtesy to the instructor and other students. As a gesture of kindness and respect, please plan to arrive 10 -15 minutes early for all MBA classes to settle into your space.
Classes begin on-time and the doors are locked when the sound journey begins. Although we understand that circumstances sometimes arise, refunds will not be issued for late arrivals.
