Home Buyer Event

$5,000 grants are available to qualified borrowers, or $7,500 grants available to veterans and active duty military personnel, based on household income limits, through the Federal Home Loan Bank “Welcome Home” program. Loan specialists at Mechanics Bank will be holding special Home Buyer Events to answer questions and provide information.Financial counseling is available at no cost.
