LEXINGTON: Lots of guys can give you the make, model and year of a vintage car – but Chuck Logan could do that for tractors and excavating equipment. Just on sight, he knew a 1972 Allis-Chalmers HD-41 dozer from an International TD-6 dozer. He had an eye for earthmoving machinery – and an eye for grading and moving earth for a desired project. Remembered as a hard worker, Chuck operated his own business: Logan Excavating more than 40 years in Lexington.

Chuck passed away Thursday, June 1, 2023 in OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. He was 86.
