Lisa Ann Clevenger, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend passed away at her home peacefully on Friday, February 16, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Lisa was born on October 30, 1959, in Galion, to the late Ralph and Dolly (Staats) Lillo, Jr. On February 9, 1980, Lisa would commit her life to John Clevenger, and they would share 44 years of loving marriage together.

If it were up to Lisa, she would go out to eat every meal, she loved nothing more than finding a good restaurant and sitting down for a bite to eat. Lisa’s go to meal would be a heaping plate of crab legs with a side of butter to dunk them in.

Lisa’s family was always her main priority, she loved nothing more than being a wife, mother, and grandmother. Her most precious memories come from the annual summer camping trips with her family. She found solace in walking the woods in the springtime, searching for the ever-elusive morel mushroom.

Lisa dedicated her life’s work to serving others through healthcare, working 33 years in the field before retiring from Cross Mark.

Lisa will always be remembered for her warm smile, kind heart, and unwavering love for her family. She leaves behind her devoted husband, John Clevenger, her daughters Missy (Martin Chicon) Clevenger of Galion and Randi (Timothy) Norris of Mansfield, her son Keaton Clevenger of Galion, and her cherished grandchildren Kennedi, Gaven, and Scarlett. Lisa’s memory will be forever treasured by her sister Carla Slone of Mt. Gilead, brothers Randy (Michelle) Lillo of Lexington and Jim (Mary) Lillo of West Lafayette, several brothers and sisters-in-law from the Clevenger family and all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
In addition to her parents, Lisa was preceded in death by her sister Mary Lynn Lillo.

Friends may call on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, from 11:00am to 12:00pm, at Mark A. Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home; 303 Portland Way North, Galion. The funeral service will immediately follow visitation, with Lisa’s brother Pastor Jim Lillo officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to The James Cancer Center.
