Nancy Jeanne Lobring passed away at Arbors of Mifflin on Sunday, February 11, 2024.

Nancy was born on July 13, 1952 in Mansfield, Ohio. She was the daughter of H. Dale and Susan (McElvain) Eckert. Nancy was a skilled beautician. She was a music enthusiast, especially country, and could always be found dancing. She was a member of the Country Music Association. She also enjoyed bowling.

Nancy is survived by her children, Mike (Lisa) Walker and Don (Jenny) Walker; her grandchildren, Jacob, Carolina, Brien, William, Anthony, Nicole and Amanda Walker; her sisters, Sandie Wertz and Linda Nikolaus; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings, Bob Eckert and Karen Harris.

Guests will be received from 12:00-1:00 pm on Friday, February 16, 2024 at Wappner Funeral Directors-Mansfield, 98 S. Diamond Street. Pastor Matthew Pond will officiate the funeral service beginning immediately at 1:00 pm. Nancy will be laid to rest in Mansfield Memorial Park.
