West Liberty-Salem opened with a 13-3 advantage over St. Paris Graham through the first quarter.

The Falcons drew within 28-20 at the half.

Both teams scored evenly in the third quarter to make it 44-36.

The Tigers held on with a 23-14 scoring edge in the fourth quarter.
