SHELBY – Join the Shelby High School Alumni Association as they highlight Shelby’s past, present and future this October.

The SHS Alumni Weekend will be presented Oct. 4-6, 2024.

Take part in the tailgate welcome and alumni parade of classes before the Shelby Whippets take the field Friday at the new Whippet Athletic Complex.

Afterwards, catch up with classmates and friends at familiar haunts and new gathering places in downtown Shelby.

Saturday, take a stroll down Main Street to see the revitalized Black Fork Commons and discover new shops and restaurants.

Reminisce about historic “Shelby, O.” at the museums and check out Shelby-built
classic bicycles on display.

Honor notable alumni at the Hall of Distinction ceremony Oct. 5, followed by a buffet showcasing “A Taste of Shelby” with entertainment, Shelby trivia, and more at the Kehoe Center.

Several memorial events are planned for Sunday, including a gathering to remember past class members and veterans, along with self-guided tours of the city, parks, museums and cemeteries.

The SHS Alumni Weekend is made possible in part through a donation from the Shelby Eagles Aerie 763.
