June Suzanne LaSusa, age 70, passed away on January 31, 2024.

Born June 25, 1953, in Mansfield, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Ferol and Bertha (Sauder) Miller. She grew up on a farm where she learned to love animals and the outdoors. Spending time with her husband, and the love of her life, Fred LaSusa, traveling and sightseeing all over the U.S. and Canada, singing karaoke, sharing the love of music, and spending time with her grandchildren were highlights of her life. She had a great love for her family, always making those around her a priority. June had a special love for animals, gardening, sewing, and keeping her mind busy with books and crossword puzzles. One could always count on her to share a home remedy over a cup of coffee or tea. June was always there for those in need, her family, her extended family, wherever she could help. These last years, June worked as a legal assistant at the Musilli Law Firm. She is loved and will be truly missed.

She is survived by her husband Fred LaSusa; son, Patrick LaSusa (Julie); daughter, Tiffany LaSusa; two grandchildren, Michael and Olivia LaSusa; brother, Rick Miller (Michelle); mother-in-law, Mary LaSusa; brother-in-law, Tony LaSusa; brother-in-law Pat LaSusa (Dawn), and many friends, cousins, nephews and nieces.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Stephen F. Miller; sister, Karen Feldman (Miller); brother-in-law, JN Feldman; and father-in-law, Pasquale LaSusa.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at Wappner Funeral Directors-Ontario, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home at noon with Pastor Christine Bell. She will be laid to rest in the Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Hospital.
