It was “Kids’ Day” on Wednesday afternoon at the 173rd Richland County Fair on the north side of Mansfield. Ride wristbands for unlimited rides were available for $10 between the hours of noon and 4 p.m. The annual fair at 750 N. Home Road continues through Saturday night.
